Department HR and Alumni Directory System

Developed an app to centralize and automate onboarding and offboarding of employees, facilitate new employee software, communication, and service requirements, ensure old services and software are terminated for terminated employees, propagated the current department directory, track faculty and resident alumni contact information and locations over time, and automatically populates the residency alumni mapping system. The hiring workflow automation greatly reduced the time required for new employees to be fully active with all services in place, substantially reduced the costs of software and services not being canceled in a timely manner after termination, automated the production, distribution, and accuracy of the department directory, and improved accuracy of alumni tracking information with less administrative involvement.
